Geekers Keep “store” Launch

By vasshu Nov 22 0

Geekers Keep Logo Wide

Geekers Keep now has an eCommerce section so all of our fans can easily find crowd funded games, graphic novels, technology, etc. Over time we plan on making Geekers Keep into a robust functioning eCommerce system, with the help of a project founded by a member of our team. In the meantime, we want to make it easier for people to find and purchase crowd funded products. Therefore we have decided to take advantage of Amazon.com’s aStore system.

While the aStore system doesn’t allow full integration into the site and doesn’t give us a full range of products, it is easy to use and allows us to bring many items to you as quickly as possible. In addition, since the store is backed by Amazon.com’s fulfillment system, you can rest assured that you will have no trouble with orders.

Why?

Readers may be asking why bother integrating with aStore. The reason is simple: as of right now, it is very difficult to find a one stop place for crowd funded products. We want to change that. Rather than searching through crowd funding campaigns and checking to see if the successfully produced items are available for sale, we’re doing the work for you, while at the same time providing as much information as possible about the products. This is a very time consuming process, and the rollout will be slow, so make sure to check back often. You can also bookmark our news feed and the store link.

We hope that our readers will continue to support Geekers Keep so that we can continue to support crowd funded geekery!
